Slow and steady warmarama…for 10 minutes.
Mosey over to pull up bars. Proceed to do a mini-circuit:
– (grab bar like an axe) pull up to right side and hold, on Q’s cue lower. Go back up to the left side and hold. Repeat several times.
– “slow downs”…pull up to the bar (regular pull up position) and hold till Q starts cadence. Slowly lower to the cadence Q gives. (Almost a 4 count)
– (reg position) pull up and shift from left side then shift over to the right and go back and forth.
After that, mosey to the track for 25 minutes of agility drills!!
– linear hop, 2 in and 2 out, Cross in front, Out and Back, Scissors, Single Leg Linear, single leg ski, a few cone drills.
– Burpees to Thunderstruck (about 33)
