When Tonka threw out some plans for a surprise birthday beatdown for Ziggy at Washington Park, the original Q, Palin (who is in the same GA group as Ziggy), found himself searching for a sub last minute. Despite YHCs wanting to be there in support of Ziggy, YHC knew the importance for Palin to attend, and offered to step in at Conspiracy. Perhaps YHC was still feeling ambitious from the Memorial Day craziness, because the plan that quickly took shape was going to be tough. But it was in honor of our esteemed friend, Ziggy Stardust, so it would be worth it, right?? It turns out, the hardest part while planning was determining his age, as neither of the aforementioned PAX knew 100% what it was, leaving YHC to guess it was… 58? (And later confirmed, it was 58!)

• YHC has Q at Urban Assault on Friday
• YHC took us out, lifting up prayers for those in furlough status; sanity for our city, state, and nation; that we may shine a light into the darkness and be leaders in our home, workplace and community.

NMM

• 1.7 miles total, and lots of sore muscles.
• @RootCanal showed up in a custom Bulls #19 Leal Jersey that his daughter gifted him… YHC was jealous!
• The guys were not happy with what we did, but YHC pointed blame at Ziggy for having a birthday and Palin for giving up his Q.
• Modified for time with the last run being at our launch point for Mary… this might be brought back for an hourlong IS workout…….. *maniacal laugh*
• YHC immediately cancelled Up/Downs upon seeing time left, and being pretty exhausted already.
• You’d never know that @RootCanal was on IR a few months ago, The Pharah was absolutely crushing it!
• @Truckstop was urged to get a website account so he would receive emails such as the one alerting PAX of the morning’s plan… then he wouldn’t have had to do this!
• @Razzie seemed fairly confident that Ziggy was only 29. With each round he grew more and more sure of this.
• @RootCanal threated a Qutiny after the backwards run to the top was announced.
• The smaller group led to a lot of MC and good laughs in between rounds, it was a great morning all around.
• A pleasure to lead such fine men this morning. Thanks for entrusting me to take your place @Palin, and thanks to @Razzie for leading the AO as Site-Q! 
• Happy Birthday, @Ziggy! YHC still remembers when we briefly called you #MajorTom after your first post before @Starfish overruled due to similarity with your Hospital name. I think we settled on the best alternative.
