Manly Men Again

The men today found out the old Moravian tradition of how they became a man in the olden times. So the Pax moseyed immediately to Manly St. In the old days they had to run straight up Manly Street in under 15 seconds to become a man. I’m sure some of us would still be kids back then. Today though we ran up Manly St. 4 times.

The Pax then pelotoned from Manly to Jersey to up Pilot View over to 5th street and up to Broad St.

Broad to Spring-Jog

Spring to Poplar- 10k pace

Poplar to to Spruce-jog

Spruce to Marshall- Sprint

Marshall to Cherry- jog

Cherry to 4th- Sprint

4th to 3rd- jog

3rd to 2nd- 10K pace

Go to 1st Presbyterian Church Lot

10 sprints from 2nd street side towards the big wall, then jog back

Jog on Marshall to Winston Square Park

WS Square Park to 4th- Sprint

4th to 5th- jog

Marshall to Spruce- sprint

Spruce to Poplar- jog

Poplar to Spring- 10k pace

Spring to 4.5 st- jog

4.5 to 4th- sprint

4th to Holly- sprint

Holly to broad- jog

broad to West End Coffee shop- jog

West End coffee to green st.- sprint

Jog back to start going 4th to brookstown to West End to Start.

The men did not like the start of the workout going up Manly St.

Bevo liked the 6 person peloton for the half mile

Felt like Herb Brooks in those 10 sprints: again, again

Balco did not think that YHC could remember what we did today.
Resistor the keys are somewhere between Manly and the Flatline AO

    Awesome 45minutes. I logged 4.6 miles of brutal hills, sprints, super sprints and peloton. HOG really knows how to put a unique Redline workout together.
    I do think that when you are running up Manly, you should not have a conversation with the guy behind you . You should be gasping for air like normal people do ….Bevo !
