Run & Gun with F3 “old timers”

PAX: Burlap, Winklevoss, Balco, Mutton, Closer (WB), Juicebox, Glazer, Zuckerberg, Cherrio

Launched from Mt Tabor High School, ran 3.5 miles, way too fast.

Used the Tabada timer to perform intense, difficult bodybuilding exercises for 45 seconds with 12 seconds of rest.

I had not been to Run & Gun for quite a while due to really no good reasons. Totally enjoyed it as it  felt right at home to be surrounded by 10 long timer F3 pax. We were there when running 3.5 miles was done barefoot, uphill and the Pax was polite and kind to the Qs.

I appreciate Closer lending me the keys To R&G and hope to be asked back.

A few side notes:

Did Winklevoss launch at 530AM ? he just sort magically appeared without a shirt speeding through the 5K.

Balco seemed convinced that online school is  going to get cancelled for snow. At which point he is going to go Postal which might really tick off the Postal service and/or  Democrats/Republicans

Mutton’s sweating is not normal, maybe its the plumbing thing …

Closer is the most polite respectful F3 man. Cherrio is not 🙂 ! (Chihuahua)

Glazer was not happy with the Q’s course selection, the Qs bodybuilding exercises, the Qs lack of music, the Qs 12 seconds o He also runs faster than most of  us

JuiceBox is a Saint. He listens to me ramble on for 2,3 hours every week while we run. My wife won’t even do it !
