The Pax were met right away at 7am with a mosey to the Bus Alley, which the Pax hated and despised. The Q is always tired of almost getting hit in parking lots but the Pax apparently like to get hit by cars according to there yelling and mumbling. Lemming found the Pax while they were stretching thanks to Bam protesting where we were stretching.

Mosey to circle around schools and grab a rock from the tree

20 reps of Overhead press, weighted squats, Cuban Press

Partner up and mosey about 200m partner 1 runs back to rocks for 15 reps of the previous exercises while partner 2 planks then flapjack for 3 turns each.
Pax (Palin) did not like that the reps did not get smaller. Also during the planks Van Gogh told us he is building a torture chamber or basement at his house. still not sure
