PAX: DQ (WD), Tigger (WB), Snake Eyes, Sourmash, Sgt Schultz, Schneider, The Singing Cowboy, Sassy, Boomerang

Sourmash tweeted on Sunday evening to encourage an HC for VI this AM. Not sure how many HC’s there were but 9 PAX gathered for the fun this AM in a new launch area as the Y continues to get back to a more normal schedule.

The mission statement and 5 core principles were given-not well, but Spam would have given YHC a solid B.

The Warmarma went something like this-SSH, IST, Forward Arm Swirlies, Seal Clap, OH Clap and Backward Arm Swirlies. Next the call was to line up and bear crawl (early crowd pleaser) 2 parking spaces then a round of Abe Vigodas. Bear Crawl back and a round of Whirlies. Mosey to the next lot and finished the warm up there.

4 Stations, at each station PAX began with 20 reps of a shoulder exercise, ab and leg exercise. Between each exercise 2 burpees were completed. Various modes of movement between each station as noted.  Complete second round but increase reps to 30.

PAX were able to make a second round to complete 50 of each exercise and 32 burpees.

Back to main lot for Mary-Alabama Prom Dates, Pickle Pounders, 3 Burpees and LBC’s.

YHC took us out.

Several PAX wondered if we were prepping for this week’s IPC. Sourmash and Schultzy swear they followed all rules correctly.  Mash was sporting his formal attire this morning too.

Some mumblings around the bear crawl during warmarma, not a normal start to the day.

The PAX was certain that Pickle Pounders were a big hit with driver who came by during Mary.

Snake Eyes thanks for keys they are with the security guard at the front desk. Glad to lead a fine PAX this AM.
