Day #2 – Week of Harden
Stop #2: Parliament
Yesterday at VI we concentrated mostly on leg work. Today, at Parliament, the goal was to hit more of the muscle groups while at your own pace. What this workout exposed was that a lot of the exercises we used to do when YHC began are no longer used regularly. Here is what we did:

Q refused to spell a word with first letters and his writing was very small which contributed to a fair amount of MC and continuous walking of pax to cardboard to read next exercise. #firstworldproblem

Yes, YHC had already logged the concerns of at least 1/2 of the pax who were unable to see 125 font hand writing. Next time YHC will be sure to enlarge even more to 350 font. My apologizes.
