3 PAX gathered in the gloom of Thruway Center (which is very well lit these days) in the crisp autumn air.

Station 1- F3 Hold ‘Em
- Ace= 10 Merkins
- King= 10 Burpees
- Queen= 20 Rosalitas
- Jack= 20 Plank Jacks
- Ten= 10 Ranger Merkins
- JOKER= 5 each leg Dying Cockroaches
PAX created a hand of 5 “cards” each time at this station.
When those five exercises completed, then mosey to Station 2
Station 2- F3 Black Jack- 21
1st trip- 1 Monkey Humper; 20 Squats
2nd trip- 2 MH; 19 Squats
Decrease MH and Increase Squat each trip to Station 2
Then mosey back to Station 1, repeato.
Time was called at 6:15, with jailbreak to pick up YHC’s litter (hehe) at Station 1 and back to start.
COT
Greenspan has Q at Flatline this coming week. He promises a splendid time for all parties involved.
Prayers for HOG’s pastor and his father suffering with cancer, for YHC traveling this week.
Greenspan hopes to break his goal for the Virtual RAH 5k in the next week or so.
The PAX had good banter this morning with minimal MC. It was decided that 5 of a Kind of pretty much anything was painful- especially you, Burpees. However, Greenspan found himself particularly drawn to the Burpee and found that King card to hard not to play on almost each round. HOG loved to mix it up and found the sweet spot of Two Pairs to be his favorite hand.
We discussed National Parks and the natural beauty of this great world we live in. YHC is looking forward to a vacation next week and seeing the Badlands and Black Hills.
