Mosey to the Rocks
Pick a small to medium rock for lots of reps. We had to spread ALL the way around the circle, so everyone had their own bubble. So I really could not hear any mumble chatter, maybe there was none?
Each of the following groups of exercise start with 12 reps each
Curls, Overhead press, Skull crushers, Upright row, Bent over rows
repeat decrease by one, all the way down to 1
Each of the following groups of exercise start with 12 reps each
Goblet squat, Right leg forward lunge, left leg forward lunge, jump squat, calf raise
repeat decrease by one, all the way down to 1
Each of the following groups of exercise start with 12 reps each
LBC w/rock, Pickle pounders, American Hammer w/rock, Peter parkers, Heals to heaven
repeat decrease by one, all the way down to 1
Some finished, some did not quite make it all the way.
It was a big group I feel very honored to have so many choose to come do my work out. I hope it was sufficient.

The F3 Winston Salem Blood Drive will be On February 20th from 9:30am-2:00pm contact Splash if you want to volunteer. As Splash says “Donate blood! You are not using all of it.” Also join the “F3 Dash Pax O B A positive workout” team through the blood donor app. We currently have 9 members and are ranked 1196th, and having helped ~700 lives. Green Acres is donating tomorrow. The drive is 77 days away so if you donate in the next 21 day you will be able to donate again at the drive.

F3 The Iron Throne Pre-Order November 2020
GreeNest is/has happened today. VanGogh was the Q for today, the next two Saturdays are 12/12 (Q=Palin), 12/19 (Q=BAM). They do NOT need us on 12/26. We will meet at greeNest (630 Brookstown Avenue) at 0900 each Saturday. We will need to wear masks as we will be briefly entering donors’ homes to pickup the furniture and then will deliver it back to the greeNest showroom. We will be utilizing the Q’s truck and greeNest’s truck to do the work. Tclaps all for stepping up. Should take us no more than 2 hours each Saturday. Contact Starfish if you have any questions. Right now they are looking for TwinXL new bedding sets, (they can be hard to find you might have to get them online) and pillows, and donated furniture as well.
