WARMARAMA.  A bit of chatting and catching up since we hadn’t run into each other in a while.

The Q is on the partial IR right now and is under strict orders not to run so that left the only other PAX who was willing to brave the weather running alone.  In the dark.  In the rain.  In the wind.  In the chill.  While Interference took off on a nice leisurely sub-7 minute mile stroll, the Q stayed back, protected from the elements, listening to holiday tunes.  Also alone, but dry.

RUN.  Take a left out of Jamison Park and proceed in a straight line on the greenway until reaching the bridge at Robinhood Road.  Once at the bridge, reverse course and return to the starting point.

GUN.  1 minute on.  15 seconds off.
