Unusually warm morning for January, a jaunty group gathered including FNG Michael, whom I tormented into coming.
Warm-o-rama: SSH, Abe Vigodas, ISTs, Stretchy Stretchies (more on that later)
The Thang: Moseyed to the track for the simple act of taking a lap…..with the simple addition of 10 burpees at the beginning, 20 burpees at the first curve, 30 burpees exiting the curve, and 40 burpees at the backstretch. 100 burpees.
Moseyed to the base of the Intimidator for a quick round of howling monkeys, 11 per person of mosey humpers.
Moseyed up the Intimidator Quadraphenia -style ( thanks, Mutton) backwards with 4, 8, 16, 32 merkins, WW IIs, and squats at each intersection. That adds up to 60 of each. Check and check.
Moseyed to the low walls at the playground for that crappy little shoulder smoker of 20 dips, 10 erkins, 10 Peter Parkers, 10 Mike Tysons, 20 dips, 10 merkins, 1o Peter Parkers, 10 Mike Tysons, 20 dips, 10 derkins, 10 Peter Parkers, and 10 Mike Tysons (upside down).
Moseyed finally back to the Launch for…

Prayers for healing for member of Mutton’s family, friend of The Deuce and Van Gogh with cancer. Pastor Ken was taken off the ventilator and got to finally meet Jesus.
MNM: Michael Neve, a dad, husband, business dude at the Sunshine soda company in town was our high end FNG. Potential names such as Sunny D was replaced with Whammo since he is a retired professional frisbee player (for real). Welcome Whammo. Whammo was ripping through the burpees and a hater, Palin, commented about his Snooki-style jump on the burpee. Whammo gave Palin the “what for” by doing an extra credit burpee. Everyone kept together throughout, so wowswers for that
