Mosey while fireman’s carrying your coupon to the side parking lot, and set the coupons about halfway across to prepare for DORA. Traditional exercises, but instead of just running out and back, pax have an option – either A) run to blocks and do 5 blockees before returning or B) run the full length and do 10 squat jumps before returning

What a great AO that Van Gogh has put together – lots of quality options for beatdowns, and some new WeFoCo pax that get after it out there. He doubled down with me and as you can imagine was a step and a half ahead of anyone else through the entirety of both beatdowns. Android, Subfloor, and Bullwinkle were all over this beatdown all morning, which was encouraging since none had attended a #BurnsQ before! Great to meet those three dudes. Rust Bucket announced during CoT that he’s going to be fully vaccinated on Wednesday (hooray!) and will finally be getting a haircut (boo!). Yet to be confirmed if there is a Sampson effect going on with him…but it sure seemed like there was when he took off running with his coupon overhead to get to Mary. Crash has been putting in the work at Mayhem each week and it’s paying off! Glad to see him this AM. Basher is a dude, too! The guy has a bit of a hurt back from an incident at work but it didn’t seem to slow him down at all. All in all this group was a set of hard workers who earned their breakfast – it was a blast getting to know those who I hadn’t met yet and seeing some returning pax who have only just recently started up. F3 is a special community and I am thankful to see it grow!

Announcements were made, but I can’t remember them off the top of my head. All 8 PAX stayed for some coffeeteria, too!

Prayers for Basher, as he is evaluating an opportunity to return to combat overseas. Prayers for Android’s father who has a job interview this week after having recently become unemployed due to the pandemic. YHC took us out.
