YHC is making it a thing to do “22s” whenever I Q on the 22nd of the month. Today marks the third time! They are like 11s, only you change by 2s and end up with twice as many reps!

- Prayers for Fenders home situation watching after two sick and elderly dogs.
- YHC took us out giving thanks and asking that we find the guy who needs F3.

- Thanks to Schneider for letting YHC borrow the speaker! Forgot that AND the smartwatch this morning… #QFail… but the music helped at least on one side of our path.
- All total, the PAX did ~1.5miles, 110 merkins, 110 WWIIs, 110 squat jumps, 110 burpees (and 110 bonus squat jumps if they properly squatted down on the double jump).
- Could have sworn that Crash said it was Fender birthday today, but he said that it was EARTH Day, and commented on the TREE theme at yesterday’s Mayhem.
- This led to YHC asking Birthday related questions to Fender for the next 45 minutes before learning that was not correct, and Fender didn’t want to correct me…! #PetPeeve #FacePalm
- Both Crash and Fender showed no signs of soreness after Fender’s crazy Mayhem Q the day prior… Crash even requested that Fender recite his TREE poem from the day before, it was gloriously spoken.
- As a “Birthday present” YHC had Fender repeat round 16 of Burpees to keep us together. It was that or 22 extra at the end… Even Fender appeared a little tired at the end of both sets of 22.
- 60 Minutes did not seem too pleased with YHC’s constant encouragement… “it’s only two more rounds”, “It’s just two sets of 10…”
- An exciting ending when Sour Mash gave 60 Minutes the gift of Monkey Humpers right above his head during 60 Minutes’ last set of WWIIs
- Good to talk Bourbon with Harden and learn more about the upcoming barrel selection and how their Etsy sales are going.
Great to see yall out in the Gloom and workout with such great men. Hope to see yall at SuperMax and Alcatraz on Saturday!
