8 Pax came to see if it was going to be Hills or Track work today. The Pax were quickly treated to the answer of Hills, Hills, Hills, Hills, Hills, which they quickly complained and whined about on the whole warm up loop of the park.

4 of the Pax made it up all 5 of them with a few doing one more hill each, Manly or Intimdator
One of Pax showed YHC another Hill to run up next time, which the rest of the pax quickly chimed in and said no
All in all everyone worked hard and the legs were sore
Pax asked Resistor not to have YHC Q for awhile
