Old school on-the-fly sweaty workout led by certified Old Guy. No music. No prizes. No framed weinke. (❤️ Sweet Tea 😆). But we got after it and had a good time.
The Thang:  MS and CP, then Warmarama as usual was SSH, Imp Walkers, Whirlies, AV, merkins, squats, all the while YHC was trying to plan the rest of the workout…

• Headed towards the rock pile, and island hopping along the way by bear crawl, 10 merkins, skipping, 10 squat jumps, repeat and we’re across the parking lot. Mosey to rocks. “Get a challenging rock”. “No, Lace, that one’s too big”. Lace don’t care. And several Pax got bigger than usual rocks. 🤷‍♂️👍🏻   3 quick rounds of 10 IC each of  curls, OH press, BO rows, chest press, low flutter, skull crushers. The sweat was beginning. Then mosey to play area and tennis courts. Divide Pax into 2 groups: one did 5 rounds of 7 chin-ups, 10 squats, 21 merkins. (Jah see what I did there? 🤣) Second bunch to tennis court for 5 rounds of 7 burpees, 10 LBC’s, 21 lunge walk steps. Then flip flop so everyone could do all the things. Back to start for Mary: 2 minute plank with 5 merkins every 30 seconds, 10’s of WWII’s, low flutter, mutton crunches, LBC’s, penguin crunches, low Dolly, and ended with 3 Huck merkins (10 count down, 10 count up). Done.
  Some mention of “haven’t we done these already “ about merkins during Mary, but overall the pax handled the workout with ease.  For you spreadsheet guys, we did 35 burpees, 90 squats, 168 merkins.  WoeBeGone told me later that he and Bloodsport were gassed, but I saw them sprinting ahead of the pax heading back for Mary so he has a credibility issue. 😄.
  Announcements and prayer requests: Shmedfest in August, Shannon and Laura as they are being treated for breast cancer, Boomerang’s sister as she receives hospice care. YHC took us out.
  Was a pleasure to lead this morning. Glad to see Starfish back in town. Great group and plenty of chatter. Thanks for the keys, Lemming. Left them under the North Carolina rock!
