A few weeks ago the PAX placed several pavers under the legs of the tables on the campus of Sherwood Elementary.  YHC thought it might be a good idea to check on they looked, so that was part of the plan.  Much to my surprise many of the tables had been moved and it was pitch dark where some of the tables resided. Unable to warmup at all the table location a quick change to warmarama was made and we were off…

Mission Statement and Core Principles were given as we did a slow walk/mosey to the former table location and the workout began.

First set of Tables: SSH, Whirly w/ clap,

Second set of Tables: Arm Swirly F, hold, B, hold, Overhead Claps, hold, Seal Clap and recover

The Thang:

Grab a block and return to the benches:

10 exercises, start at 10 reps adding 5 each round up to total count of 25, then work back down subtracting 5 with each round.

Skull Crushers

R leg step ups

Overhead Press

L leg step ups

Dips

Chest Press

Dirkins

Squats

Return blocks and back for Mary, consisting of Mutton Crunches, Low Flutters, APD and Merkins.

Crash needs to have Iron Throne shirt orders, see Slack. Something about he wanted us to order but if we didn’t he would be buying and giving away-this announcement got lost in translation.

Welcome to FNG Tyler Yandell, now known as Beetle Bailey.  We had to explain the cartoon character, comics, the newspaper, etc.  Quite educational. Strong work by this former Army man today.

Strong work by the PAX on a very humid morn. Good to know the pavers we could see were still intact.
