15 luxurious WSO PAX swung to the sounds of Yacht Rock this morning at Bells and Whistles.  The effort was as luscious as Michael McDonald’s beard.

Warm-o-Rama consisted of such fabulous favorites including, but not limited to, SSH, Merkins, Jogging (Running would cause sweating) with Scissors, Michael Phelps, Mountain Climbers.

The work:

Tabata –

35 seconds on, 10 seconds off.  Between each round, the PAX ran (Hall and Oates HAULIN’ ASS!)

Round 1 (with repeato):  Champagne (Skull) Crushers, Sussudio Squats, Captain Crunches

Round 2 (with repeato):  Michael McDonald’s Beard Burpees, Kenny Loggins Lunges (right), Starboard Situps

Round 3 (with repeato):  Silky Smooth Swings, Kenny Loggins Lunges (left), Heavenly Heals 2 Heaven

Round 4 (with repeato):  Mimosa Merkins, Caviar Calf Raises, Millionaire (Freddy) Mercs

Round 1 (with repeato):  Just like Round 1, but with Sussudio Squat Jumps and Captain Crunchy Frogs

A little Mary, then done!

All PAX but 1, Balco, enjoyed the music.  Burlap sang along with YHC.  According to Wink, there is a fine line between Classic Rock and Yacht Rock – Cobains to him for not including Stealers Wheel.
