Not much of a Tour of Pleasant Henderson Hanes Park

YHC overpromised with the tour of Hanes Park, but hopefully sufficiently delivered a quality beatdown. My soreness says it checked the box.
7 PAX gathered in the Hanes Park parking lot for some Warm-O-Rama
SSH, Hillbillies, IST, Abe Vigoda and Cherry Pies favorite Arm Swirly things. (Cherry Pie opted for burpees)
Mosey to the benches at the track
Dips, Irkins, Left leg Step Up, Dirkins, Right leg Step Up (something else) 10 reps each
Run a lap
Repeat 1 time
Mosey to the playground this is when the PAX started asking for their money back for the tour.
TRX style in and outs on the swing for half while the others did heals to heaven
We ran a few laps around the playground.
Mosey to the base of the Intimidator.
We did some exercises at the bottom and then ran up to different stop signs.
At Random times Burpees were performed.
Mary in the parking lot until 6:15pm
We had music for the beatdown that was inspired by Jimmy Fallon playing guess that song with Will Smith and Taylor Swift.

Lamb Chop was trying to decide which song was used for Palin’s first wedding dance.
In the end I failed as a tour guide, but I did share the fun fact that the parks namesake PH Hanes’ full name was Pleasant Henderson Hanes
It was good to meet Chick Flick who was working hard
Cheese Steak wants to sell you his Prius as long as he doesn’t have to interact humans
Mutton as per usual did his Mutton crunches with impeccable form.
