The Thang
Yesterday, The Vig led us in what can only be described as the worst Tabata one can experience. Objectively, I think he was trying to throw shade at Bootcamps and prove a Running workout was far superior. So I decided to put that myth to the test.
We started at the Intimidator. The plan, run up to the first stop sign, 10 Burpees, run back down. Run up two stop signs, 10 Burpees, run back down. Run up to the top, 10 Burpees, then mosey over to the top of the next street/hill Broosktown. Here we mosied down one stop sign, 10 Squats, 10 Squat Jumps, mosey back up. Mosey down 2 stop signs, 10 Squats, 10 Squat Jumps, mosey back up. Mosey down to the bottom, 10 Squats, 10 Squat Jumps then mosey over to Pilot View. Mosey up one stop sign, 10 WWII, 10 LBC, 10 Freddy Penguin, mosey back down. Mosey up 2 stop signs, 10 WWII, 10 LBC, 10 Freddy Penguin, and this is where it got interesting. I let the PAX choose. Do stay here and mosey to the very top, or do we mosey to the bottom, then mosey up to the top. They chose the latter and at the top we did 10 WWII, 10 LBC, 10 Freddy Penguin.
After we caught our breath from the lack of oxygen at the altitude we had climbed, we mosied to the swings at the playground for 3 sets up reverse rows. 20, 15, 10.
Then back to start for Mary.
10 Mutton Crunch each side. 20 of something I forgot that Red Baron called. 20 Heels to Heaven Easy Style (Zima style).
That was it!

We were all too tired to speak. Nobody could catch their breath. Red Baron was as slow as I have ever seen him. Toot chose one speed and maintained it the entire time. Palin was quieter than he has ever been. Chick Flick wished he had said in bed. Cherry Pie said only encouraging things. Sky Bridge was introspective. And I, well I regretted nothing.
