COT:
Announcements: Greenest & Blood drive the 19th
Prayer requests: Those less fortunate than us who do not have shelter. YHC took us out.
It was great to see Offsides out as it had been a bit since we posted together, he killed 1st and 10s and was first one done followed closely by Dr. Toot who was showing us why we sing double respect during COT. DQ and I posted on the same schedule the entire week and he even educated us on the Bataan Death March during our crawl, always a pleasure working beside DQ. Flopper was cold and yet still refuses to wear the tights I have told him about, he did warmup by the end and is likely the only 9th grader at West who got up at 4:45 to workout with dad. Adobe has been on a tear with posting lately and it has been great to work beside him, he is a hard worker and always getting after it. Subfloor was killing it doing what he does every post with steady work and never misses a rep. Cruiser was present in his Ohio State sweatshirt that I think has become a staple of colder weather F3 workouts with Cruiser, he killed the running and was a few steps ahead of the Q for 1st & 10s.
Always a pleasure,
Sea-Man
