A crisp morning to wrap up February. The EC run with Palin, Greenspan, and Turnover got the blood flowing and had more hills than necessary. Honestly, YHC thoughts Palin was kidding when he said TO was leaving after the run to go to Planet Fitness. He was not. Good to be with you, TO.
After the warm-up we did The Thang:
Mosey to basketball court, line up on long edge.
- 5 squats, lunge walk to other end, 10 squats
- Repeat-0, adding 5 till you get to 25 reps.
It added up.
To the playground:
- 5 pull-ups
- 10 Carolina Dry Docks
- 15 pull-ups
- 20 Carolina Dry Docks
Ooof.
To the track:
- 5 Heels to Heaven
- 10 Freddy Mercury
- 15 Crunch Frogs
- 20 Mutton crunch (10 each side)
- 25 American Hammers
- LAP
- Repeat-o in reverse.
- LAP.
Back to the basketball court:
- 5 merkins
- Bear crawl width
- 10 merkins
- Repeat till you hit 25.
To the wall:
- 5 Jack Reachers down the line
- 10 Jack Reacehrs down the line
- Repeat till you hit 20
- Balls to the Wall for a few
Back to Start, Mary by Committee which featured Tempo Merkins, LBCs, Box Cutters, Schultz Style Merkins, and some other stuff.

- Crash reads Slack and will call you out if your pre-blast theme is not obvious. Which, YHC’s was not.

- Greenspan claims to be rehabbing something, his EC run speed and beatdown performance suggest otherwise.
