A great turnout this morning, and decent weather for what was, apparently, a run on challenging terrain. All that can be said for the Q is that his responsibilities were fulfilled. Routes were dutifully supplied in a timely manner (albeit from the 2015 archives…) and he was present to lead the circle of trust. What more is required? Oh, actually doing the workout himself? Page 58 of the book of F3 order clearly states that upon reaching age 55, and having back to back events the Q, at their discretion can, wait for it, MODIFY the workout to suit their needs. 1.5 walking laps of the park hopefully kept the legs fresh for tomorrow’s St. Leo’s run.
