with the site q out of town, yhc quickly broke the “you cant return here” rule and stole the q. and this is how it went….
warm o rama – SSH, IW, Abe V, merkin, plank jack, mountain climber, peter parker (this is not what i said but it is what i meant)
everyone grab a rock and head to the hill to nowhere…..yep. drop your rock and mosey to the shelter with picnic tables.
simple workout….. 13 reps of box jumps onto picnic table, 13 dips, 13 iron mikes, 13 merkins. then run to the hill and bear crawl rock push the first rock you come to 10 times. run back to shelter and repeat…….for the rest of the time.
