9 pax gathered on a beautiful morning for a Huckleberry TRQ Q. Mongoose was quick to point out that he did not want to be there and also that yhc had lost his touch due to the low attendance. always the motivator is that mongoose….

to celebrate the date, we did 5 exercises with 19 reps each. how do you make 19 reps miserable….do them slowly
Merkins, squats, dips all on a 3 count down and 1 count up. 19 step ups each leg. and for the 5th exercise…..19 burpees.

mosey to the rocks and take rock to the wall
curls, over head press, bent over row all slow again (3 count down and 1 count up). wall sit with rock in lap and perform 19 calf raises. and for the 5th exercise…. 19 burpees.

i was called sluckleberry – i believe due to the slow pace on the reps and calling exercises slerkins, slips, slurls, slowver head press, slent over row.
no complaints about performing 19 burpees 4 times…….
the squating calf raises were hard
great to see everyone out this morning. great group to be part of.
