This was Cherry Pie’s Iron Throne VQ and only his third time posting at this delightful AO. Based upon prior experience, the Iron Throne pax seemed quite enamored with their beloved stack of blocks neatly tucked behind the school dumpsters. When in Rome! Although there was no tackling per se, we were joined by two FNGs (thank you Huckleberry), one of whom played cornerback in college. The Q thought his instructions coming into the meat of the beatdown were quite clear, at least for a Monday morning, but Lamb Chop, among other pax, begged to differ. CP set the record straight and it all went down something like this:
Warm-O-Rama
- Side straddle hop – 20

Mosey to far parking lot – split into 3 man grinder teams, one team member grabbing a large block. Typical grinder, one man doing exercises with the block, one runner and one man at the far end of the parking lot with a different set of exercises:
- Block: 100 Squat Lifts
- Block: 200 Derkins
- Block: 300 Shoulder Slaps (feet on block, double count)
- Upper Parking Lot: Freddy Mercs
- Upper Parking Lot: Star Jump Squats
- Upper Parking Lot: Gas Pumps
