The Thang

We mosied to the track for a quick lap, then we hit the Intimidator! We partnered up for a Dora of 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats.

Next, we meandered down to the playground for 7 Layers of Dip. 7 Dips, 10 RL Step Ups, 8 Dips, 10 Irkins, 9 Dips, 10 LL Step Ups, 10 Dips, 10 Merkins, 9 Dips, 10 Derkins, 8 Dips, 10 Box Jumps, 7 Dips, 10 Squats

Then we mosied to Pilot View where we started at the bottom and tried to get to the top. First stop sign, 5 WMDs, second stop sign 5 WMDs, 10 Squat Jacks, third stop sign, 5 WMDs, 10 Squat Jacks, 15 Plank Jacks. Then mosey back to start!

We ended right on time.

I had no idea people enjoyed my Q so much. Did not expect such a large and rowdy crowd so early on a Wednesday, but apparently, I PULL HARD. Was great seeing Razzie in the gloom. This man has not been out in approximately 200 days so was nice to finally see him out there. Snooki brought his newest roomate former FNG dubbed Whoopie since he is part of the ministry. Honestly, it was a really fun morning and glad I got to see everyone!
