YHC was out way too late last night celebrating our countries 245th birthday. And so we set out with a simple yet effective beat down this 80 degree, muggy morning… Some modifications were made to thank the small crowd who posted, rather than punish them!

- 49 x 5 = 245 x 4 = 980 + 49 = 1029 reps this morning!
- It was only at the very end when the PAX chose poorly and triggered YHCs OCD resulting in slight punishment. Rather than do a perfect 5th round for 245 reps of each exercise, they choose to return to launch for the unknown. This ended up being the Nut Punch.
- For future reference, always choose the known when YHC is Qing! Who knows what other bad idea I have cooking up there.
- Lots of discussion about books this morning. Mostly about sci-fi including an up and coming Chinese author’s new trilogy Chick Flick is reading about Contact with Aliens who will come to our planet in 300 years (a street stops Americans tell them our location) and how the world comes together (socialism influence) to prevent the pending invasion.
- Lamb chop is reading Dune. He like to use the Index in the back to look up things he can’t remember – can’t blame him, that book/Lore is crazy complicated.
- We convinced Lambchop into writing a children’s book based on all the bad ideas he has which are met with good advice and influence from Root Canal: Lambchop and Toot. ( which is essentially: Don’t do that, go get flowers for your wife.).
- So this would then be about a kid, his pet and advice to treat the kids mom. Stupid potential future son-in-law will be the artist providing the drawings if Lambchop give up a fair percentage (“5% ain’t enough, people buy kids book ms for the pictures!” Said Drip).
