Dark, overcast, raining, gloom. YHC was surprised and inspired to see a handful of PAX already ready at the most relaxing AO. We all moved to the covered area.

The Thang
Since the weather report was rain, I scrapped my Timothee Chalamet inspired beatdown. YHC searched the website, looking for the perfect Tabata workout to steal.
After the Warm-O-Rama, YHC instructed everyone to get a rock, which was key to the workout. Several said they grabbed the perfect rock.
Back to the covered area, we started Tabata. 20s on, 10s rest. Complete each set 3x.

We just started the 7th set when time ran out. After we closed out, return the rock.
Crash was like a kid at Christmas, giddy to use the rock, but alas, it never came. Workbench modified as necessary and used the rock since Q never told us to use it. Draftee liked the Grinch song. Doublewide confirmed that he hadn’t heard these songs. Van Gogh and Charmin bonded over fastholes. Welcome to Charmin from Burlington, great to have fellow PAX join from out of town.
