Mosey around track to cool off the arms, then to the rock pile – grab 2 small to medium (7-10 lbs each) sized rocks

• Not a whole lot of MC today, or at least not much that I listened to
• I picked up Burpee minutes from one of the workouts down at Hilton Head/Bluffton, but they did it for a full 15 minutes! Though the PAX may not have appreciated it in the moment, at least two PAX told me how much they liked it afterwards.
