PAX: Argyle, Giles, Green Acres (RIRO), Bam (EC), Wobegon (EC), Palin (EC), Schlitz, Tarzan, Mutton, Gold Watch, Greenspan (Q)
Warmarama:

Mosey to brick planter for Aiken Legs; all x 20 OYO:
- Fast Feet (DC)
- Squats
- Lunges (SC)
- Box / Wall Jumps (or step-ups)
- Bonnie Blairs (SC)
- Monkey Humpers
Mosey to rocks; instructions (clearly and loudly stated) were to choose a rock with “a flat side and one which you can do American Hammers.” Overhead carry chosen rock to playset for the Six-Pack. :
Instructions were to perform pull-ups x 1, side-to-side merkins with rock x 5, Heels to Heaven x 12. Then pull-ups x 2, side-to-sides x 4, H2H x 12 (always x 12). Continue until pull-ups x 5, side-to-sides x 1, H2H x 12. Then work way back down to pull-ups x 1, side-to-sides x 5. On way back down, trade out H2H with American Hammers (with rock) x 12 (DC).
Repeato until time is called.
Mosey back to brick planter for Aiken legs part 2. Same as before.
Mosey home for 1 minute of low plank.
Finished.
Announcements:
- YHC has Q at BBBC tomorrow, Clemmons Publix.
- Bi-monthly happy hour starts next Thursday at the Clemmons.
- Friday lunch at Bailey Park.
Prayer Requests:
- Aging Parents
- Gold Watch’s brother-in-law, John, has brain tumor and is declining quickly. His wife (GW’s sister) is Kathy.
NMM:
- Bam did the EC run but then departed at 0530…to run more. He made clear that it wasn’t personal but had 10,000 feet to ascend on Saturday.
- Palin and Schlitz were having a very in-depth conversation throughout warmarama which drowned out the music from YHC’s speaker, prompting Giles to request YHC turn up the volume.
- YHC chose an admittedly smaller rock for 2 reasons: 1) YHC was the last to get to pick and 2) YHC knew that American Hammers were coming. Schlitz ignored the instructions and counsel offered to his own demise.
- Outside of Palin and Schlitz, the rest of the crowd were very quiet, which is in keeping with expectations. Giles, Argyle, Wobegon, and Gold Watch were working hard and overcoming any instructions inadequacies on the part of the Q despite the splinters in their backsides from the mulch.
- First time meeting Tarzan. Dude got the work done.
- YHC tried to please Green Acres with a pull-up focused workout. Sorry for no hand-walking BTTW, boss.
- Good to see Mutton continuing his comeback.
- Total mileage for a non-running workout was 0.75 miles. No complaints were heard on that front.
YHC took us out. Thanks for the keys, Green Acres; they are in the wood mulch. Now you only have 200 pull-ups remaining to do today.

Great workout! Thanks for leading! ❤️ Yes, loved the pull ups and just got a few more on the way home. 😅. I was expecting Wall Ball Crawl but maybe next time. 🤷♂️🤣
