ANNOUNCEMENTS
VG gave thanks to all the PAX who helped him celebrate his 40th birthday.
Memorial Day convergence River Oaks next Monday 5/27 at 7:00, with a 6:00 murph beforehand
PRAYER REQUESTS
Superfly, who is taking care of his aging parents in palliative care and hospice.
Schneider’s friend who recently lost his mother.
The family of a friend of Van Gogh who are dealing with a difficult family situation.
The Q had the usual technical difficulties and had to improv some of the tabata, with some complaints that the rest time was too long.
This was a truly impressive group of heavy hitters who breezed through the workout, but probably was good for recovery from the festivities of the birthday weekend! Kotters to Mia, who was EH’d by Sea-Man to make a return after some years away from F3. Great to have him out and hope he’ll be a regular soon! Really honored to lead this solid group of PAX.
