A great morning weatherwise for a beatdown at Purgatory. Mission statement and a round robin of the Core Principles were stated and we were off.
Warmarama consisted of IST’s, Abe Vigoda, Arm stugg, Whirlies, SSH and Plank Jacks
Mosey to baseball backstop but first a stop at one of the islands for 1, yes 1, Abe Vigoda to make us even-all PAX were happy
At backstop 5 Monkey Humpers, 10 Merkins and 15 or 20 LBC’s (Q can’t recall), repeato at next turn in the track.
Detour to tennis courts for a Short Dora with parnter-75 Low Flutters DC, 150 Squats both sides and 225 Shoulder Taps SC
After completion continue around track repeating 5 Monkey Humpers, 10 Merkins and 15/20 LBC’s at each turn as we made our way to the rocks. Select a rock and line up in the sunlight for rock work.
Round #1:
IC 10 Curls, Bent Rows and Bench Press
To wall for Wall Sit and Jack Reachers/OH Press with rock (matter of opinion) X10 down the line
Round #2:
Repeato Round #1 adding 10 Skull Crushers IC, back to wall for Wall Sit and Jack Reachers with rock X10 down the line
Round #3:
Repeato Round #2 adding 10 Goblet Squats IC, back to wall for Wall Sit and Jack Reachers with rock X10 down the line
Round #4:
Repeato Round #3 dropping Goblet Squats, back to wall for Wall Sit and Jack Reachers with rock X10 down the line
Round #5 (time waster was heard)
Repeato Round #4 dropping Skull Crushers, back to wall for Wall Sit and Jack Reachers with rock X10 down the line
Return rocks and mosey back to start, and depending on the island stopping for Burpees (crowd pleaser) or Monkey Humpers/Merkins/LBC’s
MARY consisted of Mutton Crunches, Penguin Crunches, Freddie Mercs and Low Dollies

Lots of chatter around the music selection as Bam and Starfish were wondering if the Q had planned some the songs-Feeling Stronger Every Day-Chicago and Blinded By the Light-Manfred Mann’s Earth Band-as if the Q is that talented. Does anyone really know the chorus of Blinded?
