QIC: Lamb Chop

PAX: Chick Flick, Lamb Chop

Expecting huge participation this morning, I planned out a fantastic workout that would cause everyone to giggle with glee. Little did I know that one sad HC fell through (yikes a 75 burpee penalty for Burnsey Clause) and only one other PAX would show up. Fear not, Chick Flick might be few, but he is MIGHTY!

The thang:

Spicoli lap because that is what we do now at Flat Line in case Spicoli is late getting off the pooper.

Mosey to the parking garage where we would somewhat focus on this months exercise of choice.

Level 1: 5 pullups at each half level all the way to the top. A total of 6 half levels.

Level 2: 4 pullups, 5 jump squats.

Level 3: 3 pullups, 4 jump squats, 5 merkins

Level 4: 2 pullups, 3 jump squats, 4 merkins, 3 burpees (we were going to do 5 but Chick Flick was like “nah”)

Level 5: 1 pullup, 2 jump squats, 3 merkins, 2 burpees, 3 pullups (again we were going to do 5 pullups but Chick Flick was like “$%&# please”)

Level 6: 1 jump squat, 2 merkins, 1 burpee, 3 pullups

Each time we mosied back down the stairs in order to get the whole thing done. Then we mosied back to start and that was time.

It was really nice catching up with Chick Flick. A man who walked into my life at a previous company many moons ago and instantly started making an impact. Also, probably the most dedicated of my F3 recruits. We talked politics, we talked a little religion, we talked other controversial topics, and we did it all cordially without punching each other in the face. Who would have known you could do that in todays day and age?!

Keys are in the pee pee stair well Chick Flick. Make sure you go get them when its daylight.
