QIC: Boomerang

PAX: Bruin (WD), Ziggy Stardust, 60 Minutes, Sea-Man, Drama Queen, Adobe, Tonka (WB), Cruiser, Nelly (FNG Ben Miller), Boomerang (QIC)

10 Pax, including and FNG started the day, with the Mission of F3, the 5 Core Principles and with a push from DQ, YHC added the additional F3 disclosures and we were off.

Normal warmarama-IST, SSH, Abe Vigoda, Arm Swirly stuff and off to the Wall.

At the Wall, all in a wall sit while 1 Pax did 10 Carolina Dry Docks and then down the line. Next were 10 Mike Tysons, followed by 10 Rebound Drills. Open to the end of the bus cover.

At the end of the bus cover partner up or miss count the number of PAX as 60 did and triple up for a Mini Dora-50 Fox Holes, 100 Dips and 150 Squats.  While partner 1 does exercise, partner 2/3 moves 5 parking spots via a called mode to get there-lunges and duck walk.

After Mini Dora to the Blocks for 10 IC of the following:

Curls, Bent Rows, Skull Crushers, Bench Press, OH Press and Bus Drivers (crowd pleaser) and Repeato.

Back to parking lot for 2 Mary exercises-APD and Pickle Pounders (after all school is back in session)!

Welcome FNG-Ben Miller aka Nelly. Nelly completes the trifecta from the hood where Adobe and Cruiser reside. Nelly is a Carolina fan and DQ wanted to limit the potential nicknames from the other blue ACC team down the road from UNC. He also likes country music and trucks.  He has one of the largest trucks in the neighborhood, maybe the county, and attempted a self-naming option but it didn’t work. Nelly may have down a country song, so it was close!
