The morning was perfect on Saturday, September 7th in the year of our Lord 2024. The usual bunch arrived for the Pre-Workout Murph and spirits were high. Lots of mumble chatter on the upcoming football games and lots to be excited about. YHC volunteered to step into the substitute Q role since @Woolybugger was out of the country and was on the calendar. I looked back into my archives of workouts and realized it had been a year since YHC brought out the Bear-Muda Triangle with our coupons. So here we go!

The Thang – Round 1
BearMuda Triangle (Fewer reps this time)
Top of Triangle – Curls
Bottom Left of Triangle – Blockees
Bottom Right of Triangle – Squats with the Coupon
Sets – 10, 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 – all the way around pushing the block bear crawl in between.
Round 2 – 16 reps each – Then 5 Reps of Each – Run to end of parking lot and back in between

Round 3 – Thunder Struck – Burpees
All in all, it was a good solid beatdown with a nut-punch at the end. I needed a full day of rest on Sunday. This getting older thing is difficult.
