QIC: Lamb Chop

Van Gogh called in the reinforcements this morning when he could not Q the best AO in town. Fortunately for him, it just so happened that in asking YHC, he was also signing the PAX up for a celebration.
My goal of workouts for the year was to reach 183 F3 workouts. That would be one, every other day, for a year. And today, just so happened to be that day.
So here is how we celebrated.
Warm-o-Rama
3 burpees, 20 SSH, 10 Imperial Walker, 10 Hill Billy, 3 burpees, 6 Abe Vigoda, 10 Whirly.
The Thang
We mosied to corner 1 of Bailey Park where we would begin by focusing on the 3 exercises of the month.
Corner 1, 20 Merkins, corner 2 20 Squats, Corner 3 20 WWII, corner 4, 20 WWII, corner 5, 20 Squats, corner 6, 20 Merkins, corner 7 20 Squats, corner 8 20 WWII, corner 9, 20 Merkins, corner 10, 3 burpees (or some order like the above). That achieved 183 total exercises.
Then we mosied behind Wake School of Medicine (suck it Charlotte), 10 Merkins for the 6, and completed 9 layers of dip. 7,8,9,10,11,10,9,8,7 dips, with 20 Merkins, 20 Squats, 20 WWII (or some variation), between each set up dips, and then 3 burpees, to hit 183 again.
Then we mosied the long way home back to start (20,20,20 Merkins, Squat, WWII for the 6) for Mary.
10 Mutton Crunch a side, 20 Freddy Mercs, 20 American Hammer, 20 Low Flutter. And TIME!

It was cold but the boys stayed warm. Meat Sweat from Southern Pines graced our city for an Episcopalian conference. Had a nice little chat with him. Post Hole talked about old movies he forced his kids to watch in order to understand his dad jokes (?), and Toot graced us with his butt trumpet a few times.
