4 brave PAX joined YHC for Parliament.  Temp in the low teens before we got started, but we all quickly forgot about the cold as we got into the beatdown.

It went like this:

4 Corners

Corner 1: 20 hand release merkins, then reverse bear crawl to

Corner 2: 20 hillbillies, then bear crawl to

Corner 3: 20 Mike Tysons, then lunge walk to

Corner 4: 20 squats, then reverse lunge walk back to corner 1

We did that  twice.

Then on to partner Dora:

100 x Nolan Ryans

200 x mountain climbers

300 x WWII’s

Partner A did the exercise, while partner B slow-moseyed (we don’t run at Parliament). But the slow mosey distance was not nearly far enough because both partners did 5 burpees on every swap. That little add on takes partner Dora to a whole other level!

I tried to get in a minute of Mary at the end, but Ziggy Stardust said it was not a minute, but only 8 seconds. So Time!

If it looks a lot like a recent backblast from one Adobe at one Urban Assault, well…
