What a morning and what a sick turnout!! I Haven’t led a beatdown in a hot minute so to get back In the captains chair was a nice change.  Then to an even bigger surprise was the gnarly turn out for the EC run! 7 dudes got up a hair earlier to come join in the warm up run that also ended with a sweet little acceleration up the last hill. Which ☝🏼 just a couple months ago I couldn’t get up without struggling. So now we already starting this workout on a high. Q-drenaline is real and with the positivity and smack talk flowing it just pushed that much harder.

The guys In this group, every single one is amazing and brings so much to the table. From an extra push, to support, to showing new techniques there’s ALWAYS something to learn and always something to appreciate. Love you dudes even Zima 🤘🏼

The music was pop/screamo/country and one classical remix.

Stretchy Stretches (basic)

The thang- I forget the road but we ran to it and stopped at the intersection right before a hill. Just what the doctor ordered. Greenspan and rollback have really helped me a lot with learning to run and what muscles to build to help. So I took it to heart and made a gnarly Dora. Started like dis-

get a buddy! At the bottom of the hill get in the wheel barrel position and the guy holding the feet does 7 partner assist pickle pounders or weighted squats? Both names work. Then runs up the hill backwards and does two star jumps at the top. (Partner assist pickles are before every run up hill for funzies)

The guy at the bottom starts the dora with 100 burpees, 200 single count side side lunges and almost 300 ww2. Not enough time but whatever. Dudes were straight killing it today. Strong work from all!

Just short of finishing we ran back to launch except Greenspan, rollback and lamb chop. They sprinted like monsters.

MC was hitting hard and I think everyone had a super duper time. Emery is up so we gonna cut this short, but huge thanks to everyone for being such an inspiration to me. You all have brought me to a place I never thought I’d be and I don’t think thank you will ever be enough. Much love to the homeys and don’t drink miller 🍻
