YHC felt the PAX were in need of some hard-charging music after last week’s offerings. Thus, they were treated to Clutch, Drowning Pool, Filter, Kid Rock (sorry, had to), Korn, Megadeth, NIN, Priestess, Seven Mary Three, Smashing Pumpkins and System of a Down. #Spicoliapproved
You can see above the Tabata we did. Each exercise was 25 seconds, then 10 seconds rest. Did each set of 3 exercises twice and made it through #7. 40 Merkins were completed for those interested. Between groups of 3, the PAX ran various places, around 1.5 miles total.

Solid workout even though I had to leave 30 minutes earlier to get there…
Truly enjoyed the music and the fellowship while getting in a good workout. Thanks to Bluto for encouraging me to come out. It was also great to catch up with PAX I haven’t seen in a while. #ISI

Nice numbers Bluto. As the low Q draw for the day I must say I am not Salty at all about it. Really, not bothered in the least in that you stole so many regulars away from Mayhem. It really doesn’t bother me at all. Really. In fact I encouraged many of them to travel to B&W just to round things out a bit… Always good to the see the @realcobra gaining ground. And Spicoli well, he just needs to move out here to God’s country. it’s where the grass is greener and the pace of life is much slower back, back to lets just say the way things outta be.
