Sunday AM, YHC was reminded by the Village Site Q who happened to have a Bourbon Chase hangover – something about not being able to walk – that I was the Q for VI Monday.  YHC might have remembered that but prospects of a large turnout were not looking good with rain predicted and a few of our regulars suffering from said effects of Bourbon Chase.

YHC spent upwards of 15 minutes devising a plan that would incorporate the lovely shelters of VI along with runs back and forth across the parking lot.  Arms and Chest at one shelter and legs and abs at the other.

With only 4 loyal pax Q decided to keep everyone together instead of splitting this fine group and with the rain slacking we began in parking lot with

  • No real MC today but good conversation among the small group – ranged from church capital campaigns to comeback abilities of New England Patriots.  Sassy may have mentioned ECU football.  YHC did not mention UNC football
  • Bert and Ernie were in fine form during warmorama or perhaps there’s a new rooster in town
  • LB tried bench curls from long side #respectsgonnadowhatrepectsgonnado
  • Speaking of Respects, Sassy brought down the average age by a good bit #dontcareenoughtocalculate
  • All of the Band Perry were conspicuously absent
  • Distance covered was estimated at somewhere over 2 mi #shortrunsaddup
