Mosey to the blocks for a game of Poker. Perform the exercise indicated by the suit the number of times of the value of the card. Aces low, face cards = 10.

Diamond – Diamond Merkins

Spade – Bus Driver

Club – Upright Rows

We made it through the whole deck which calculates to 85 of each exercise.

Having completed Round 1, the PAX was given the option of Round 2, Round 3, or a mystery surprise. Goofy selected something easy on the shoulders, so we did Round 3.

Heart – Squat

Diamond – Left leg lunge

Spade – Right leg lunge

Club – Deadlift

We were short on time so we skipped any card less than 5 which allowed us to make it through ~1/2 of the deck before running out of time

Prayers for F3 PAX who lost his son.

YHC took us out giving thanks for the men around me and the opportunity to better myself for his service.

Sour mash apparently let loose the Kraken. Fortunately, YHC was on the other side of the circle and so was spared, but from the reaction of those nearby it was not pretty. Lots of haters present, hating on UNC for being exonerated by the NCAA. Goofy, DQ, and YHC did not validate their criticisms with a response.

Appreciate the opportunity to lead today, though YHC needs to stop doing back to back Q’s.
