The Whole Thing is Time Wasting
QIC: Mongoose
Date: 11/01/2017
PAX: Prospector, Red Eye, Splash, Huckleberry, Zima, Litterbox, Plunger, Balco, TPS, Quiver, Flyby, Spamalot, Sassy, Gepetto, Touch Me Not, Fingers, Mongoose
While the Pax originally were expecting very pleasant Q by @Bluto this morning, he injured his achilles and had to put out the Bat Signal for a substitute Q. Seeing as how Mayhem is convenient for me and I was going to post there anyway, why not help a brother out. Might make me seem less “edgy” in some small way. So, I sent him a text, posted a Tweet, and went out Trick or Treating with my 2.0. I’ve always got backup workout plans for these situations, so was no problemo.
Thang
Quick warmarama: SSH, merkins, Abe Vigodas
Early calls of time wasting, at which point I informed the Pax that the whole workout would be time wasting
Quick mosey down to the track/soccer field area for The Kirk
7 Burpees
14 Merkins
21 Russian Twists
28 Squats
35 Jack Reachers
42 LBCs
Run a lap
Repeato AMRAP until Q calls time
I think most got 5 or 6 laps in. Lots of work being put in; no slackers today.

NMM
Kotters to Flyby on his Mayhem return. Haven’t seen him for a while.
Welcome to TPS. His fourth F3 workout, but first at Mayhem. Hopefully he’ll be back.
The Kirk wasn’t too much fun today. Several guys working the front of the group. Zima, Huckleberry, and Litterbox were smokin it today. Although I’m pretty sure Zima cut some of his reps short as usual.
Not much mumblechatter that I could hear today. We were a little bit spread out. I’m going to let myself believe that everyone enjoyed that.

Zima
Can’t tell you how utterly shocked I was when Mongoose reached into Mongoose’s sack of originality and pulled out the Kirk. Quelle surprise. And of course I had to cheat on the exercises – it was the only way I could stay in front of such fine athletic specimens as Mongoose and Prospector and within sight of Splash, although his merkins looked more like planks with a slight elbow spasm. It was also pretty disheartening when I was in a dead sprint around the track and Litterbox cruised by me (over and over again) with his easy gait, barely breaking a sweat.
Spamalot
Glad never to have experienced this before. As noted, some super fast guys out there. But then again everyone is fast to YHC.
Plunger
Nice one Mongoose. Plenty of work going on here. Lots of fun telling TPS all about your surliness and then… there was The Kirk. “Enjoyed” some strong work beside you. The running was a welcome bonus. Always enjoy a strong push and a strong PAX. Both were there.
