Well on Monday I pinged the scheduled Q (let’s say his name rhymes with SPAM)… i mean I informed the fellow PAX in June that he’d have a Q in November. How could he forget and schedule a work trip out of town. After a few emails to #Conspiracy regulars who got bumped or had conflicts with their dates on the Q calendar… YHC resided to taking on the Q. Always a pleasure. I dusted off my Q plan from my first Q in 2015 at Conspiracy (Buehler, thanks for asking me to Q way back then) … and made a few minor updates. It went something like this:
Warm Up
- Side straddle hop (jumping jacks) x 24 in cadence
- Imperial storm trooper (knees to elbows) x 24 in cadence
- Abe Vigoda x 6 in cadence
- Running with scissors x 24 in cadence
- Air claps x 24 in cadence
Mosey to intimidator
The Thang: Intimidator, with stops at Carolina, Jersey, Glade
Round one:
- Plank Jacks x 24 in cadence (plank until all arrive)
- Mountain Climber x 12 in cadence (plank until all arrive)
- Peter Parkers x 6 in cadence (plank until all arrive)
Round two (partner required):
- Plank/WWII sit ups24x (plank until all arrive)
- Switch Plank/WWII sit ups x24 (plank until all arrive)
- Little Baby Crunches x 12 in cadence (hold plank until all arrive)
Round four (partner required)
- Partner 1 runs backwards, Partner 2 does 6 squats and runs forwards to catch up. Each do 12 burpees upon arrival, then plank until all done
- Switch Partner 1 runs backwards, Partner 2 does 6 squats and runs forwards to catch up. Each do 6 burpees upon arrival, then plank until all done
