What a bearish morning for some partner work at Parliament! YHC added some new blocks to the stack, and had a desire to use them, along with some scraped plans from a worker months ago… The hill at this AO rivals education hill, and it’s right next to dinner bars, even better! Y’all need to check it out if you haven’t been in a while!

• @Palin was announced as the new #IS site-Q come this January! YHC appreciates him stepping up and is glad the Mothership is in good hands.
• YHC discussed the website, but the PAX eye’s started to glaze over when the technical mumbojumbo was brought up. Long story short, it will be a longer while than hoped before it comes back, but it WILL be back.
• Mostly prayer requests for safe travels before/during/after Thanksgiving, also prayer requests for sanity being with family.
• YHC took us out giving thanks, and asking for safety!

NMM

• Kudos to @Geppetto for luring YHC and @Zima out for a Navy Seal EC workout beforehand: 5 sets of: 20x Burpees, 20x Squats, 200M run
• @Zima was in Drill Sergeant mode for it, and did a great job motivating YHC… Especially after arriving late due to a woken up baby.
• Both were excited to hear Burpees were to be excluded from the workout
• All PAX were then left in fear when YHC alluded to Broadjump Burpees being included instead! (Followed by a Maniacal laugh)
• Thankful that @Wobegon showed up to even the numbers out. @SgtShultz pointed out that many can show up with 2 minutes left til launch, he was right!
• Imperial Squat Walkers were new for @BeastLite, who reflectively stated “I haven’t posted in a while!”
• Walking Arm Swirly things were also a first for @BeastLite, but the PAX seemed to enjoy it based on the abundant mumble chatter that made it hard for YHC to discern what was being discussed!
• @SourMash was the only PAX who stepped up to be YHC’s partner when asked who wanted to use the BIG big block? He rocked it!
• @BeastLite has the warmest gloves in the planet, but they aren’t good for feeling frost covered bars.
• @Geppetto and @Wobegon partnered up and put in solid work
• @Zima and @SingingCowboy stole YHC and @SourMash’s big block for the last round of travel… we didn’t ask to be saved, but will still say “Thank You”.
• @SgtShultz was too kind to his partner, @BeastLite, who tried to get out of a round of bear crawls when he “miscounted” to two.
• The PAX kept clamoring for body destroyers and miscounted during Merry Mary.
• The total Merkin count for the day was 160.
• Strong work all around, a great AO, and a great group to be amongst this morning!
