8 PAX gathered for TRQ only to have YHC arrive on #SpicoliTime despite being Q.  Fortunately, Huckleberry filled the warmarama void until I arrived.  #Leadership  (By the end, 3 more joined (Cheerio, Resistor, and JuiceBox), so I’ll pad the numbers that 12 were there by COT.  Works for me.)

So once I arrived, the 9 of us did something a little like this:

As a group move between Station A and Station B OYO:

  • Station A:
    • Halleluiah situps x 10
    • Burpees x 5
  • Gorilla Crawl to Station B (hips even with shoulders: knees to elbows)
  • Station B:
    • Hand Release Merkins x 10
    • Cobra Humpers to Squat and back out x 10
  • Crab Walk back

COT:

  • Voiced concerns of Parkland, Fla shooting and how it affects all of us. Time to put concern to action to address issues of violence, mental health issues, and responsible gun control.
  • Lace took us out with words of focus and praise looking to your source of inspiration and listen to calls to be the light and example you want to see in the world

Moleskin

  • YHC was, in fact, running on #SpicoliTime. Again thankful that others stepped up to get the workout started in my absence.
  • A little bit of MC that YHC may or may not have planned out said workout, as it seemed to be a bit disjointed. In fact, I had planned things out… mostly or at least created a solid cliff’s notes version of a workout and more or less remembered said notes.
  • Thanks to Wobegon for the opportunity to lead.
  • Cheerio got to us in time for MOM after his run with a couple of #Respects. The rest of the blinking light runners came back in time for COT and were counted among our numbers. Always good to see Resistor and Juicebox
