  • Tough crowd today; none of the jokes were landing; should have brought my “A” material
  • To be fair, YHC was not his usual jovial self today; more like @Mongoose
  • The hates can be intimidating for an old guy, but @Snooki & @BlueSteel always make a PAX feel welcome
  • @BAM, true to form, was the most vocal heckler in today’s workout
  • The workout plan today was a modified version of the “Charles Bronson” from the exercise lexicon; it’s fitting since Charles Bronson was supposed to play a role in the film “The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”, but he turned it down

    It was a great time, led by a true HIM!
    To support jacked-up website – War Daddy was Manscape! War Baby was one of several pax in their 20’s (sorry, should have paid better attention)
    Do think about joining YHC and my 2.0 Kapow at Ultimate Runner. It’s a “fun” afternoon, a good test, and most importantly, I need pax to be able to keep up with him! He’s way too fast for me! (yes, that’s a low bar)

      Your place in your family’s running order has been forever altered – although it did happen early to you, I’ll commiserate.

      Rejoice in the realignment, it’s easier that way and it makes you appear magnanimous.
