PR were shattered Saturday and Sunday was a rest day but the urge to run was too strong so many posted for R&G.
The Fastholes joined the Slowpokes and others to run 5k and do some manly exercises.
This was a bare bone workout: no music, lazy course planning and slow pace (for some)
Always great to see everyone. The #breaksomething was a lot of fun. Really appreciate the leaders who got us going…thank you. It was a great goal and a great plan to go with it. It was awesome to hear all the participants brag about each other. Great F1, F2 and F3. Have a great week.
