7 PAX found that there was a BBBC running session at Parliament and ran anywhere between 2-6 miles. YHC ran with Schneider and Sour Mash for around 2 miles. DQ, Fingers, and 1040EZ ran the designated route of around 3.4 miles. Ramses was in a class of his own running all over the map, including some EC, to get in around 6 miles. The run seemed sufficient for all and everyone seemed to be in good spirits.
Q School is next Saturday at IS. YHC attended last year and it was very helpful.
