Four pax posted to TRQ despite the fact when they woke up at 0500 it was pouring rain. When they arrived they were rewarded with no rain, but alas a wet and muddy ground.
YHC had read on Art on Manliness earlier this week about the ten essential physical skills all men should master – so we practiced each one. They were as follows.

- Balance
- Running
- Crawling
- Jumping
- Climbing
- Traversing
- Lifting
- Carrying
- Throwing
It went something like this.
Warm-o-Rama – the usual for Goofy.
Mosey to Playground – stations, rotate through
- Balance on the side beams of the playground , Traversing on the dip bars and Climbing on the pull up bars.
Mosey to Rocks (climb over fence) and pick a highly challenging one
- Carry rocks to fence, throw over as a group, climb over when all are done and go to field
- Throw your rock, Lift it up, Throw it again and do this half way across the field and back
Return rocks
Mosey to stairs near Lido Deck to practice Jumping
Mosey to grassy hill. Bear crawl and crawl bear up and down the hill.
Money to the rocks again. Practice carrying them around the circle different ways.
Mosey back to front on sheltered dry spot for Mary

- A fun time was had by all
- Most seemed to like the change of pace from the normal fare of burpees and Curls
- 6 fast holes launched from Speas this AM and joined in for COT. We were muddy and they were sweaty. A beautiful group of guys.
- Prayer for all those struggling with addiction.
