13 Pax showed up to do something other than play with a frisbee at Purgatory this morning.  It went something like this:

Mosey to the LIDO Deck (what exactly is a LIDO deck anyway?)

down the steps to the wall- 20 rebound drills OYO

RINSE AND REPEAT:

Round 2- same, except 10 reps

Round 3- same, except 5 reps

Mosey to the rock pile

20 overhead presses IC

20 curls IC

20 skull crushers IC

20 bent over rows IC

Mosey to the wall for wall sit

RINSE AND REPEAT:

Round 2- same, except 15 reps

Round 3- same, except 10 reps

Round 4- same, except 5 reps

BLIMPS around the track

There were 6 cones (or beach buckets) placed around the track.  Pax performed the BLIMPS exercises at each cone/bucket in increasing intervals of 5 (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30)

After the first lap, the Q left to go to Chic Fil-A for the 4th F (flush).

According to rumor, the pax did another lap with the same number of reps, then moseyed back to the parking lot for 7 minutes of Mary.

NMM:

Splash just won Man of The Year for his working raising money for leukemia research about a month ago.  The Nobel Peace Prize was processed and awarded to him immediately (he just got back from Sweden where he collected it).

Splash had to switch rocks after the first round of fun with rocks.  Being the leader I am, I changed my rock too.  #solidarity

Huckleberry claims to have developed the ability to tune out BAM’s mumble chatter. #whatever

YHC had to leave at around the 45:00 mark because…#gofigure

Splash wants the pax to help convince Ripple to go with Splash and the rest of the family to Venice next summer for a cruise. #canItakehisplaceifhestayshome?

By my own admission, today’s workout wasn’t very creative or fun (sorry), but I stepped in kind of late to Q.  (It probably would have been just as lacking for fun and creativity had I been scheduled to Q, but the late notice thing seems to take the edge off a little.)
